This is our second home purchased in four years with Alyssa Paschall as our agent and she proved to be was even more resourceful this time around than before. Particularly when this time around we also had a home to sell. Alyssa proved to have full command of every aspect of both the sale of our old property as well as the purchase of our new home. All we had to do was follow her expert lead in each area and both processes went as smooth as butter, even though there was a slight hiccup at the end of the process by the title company. She kept us calm and reassured us that all would be well and indeed it was. Resourceful: I am talking full service, you name it; Property Inspector, roofer, fireplace repair, painters, property cleaners, Homeowners Insurance broker right down to the movers Alyssa had good people who assisted us in every aspect of the process. Professionalism: Alyssa is the consummate professional and we were blessed to have her lead us through this real estate process for the second time. A Proud Moment: In closing, we got to see another side of Alyssa this time around when there was a problem caused by the seller’s agent which violated a few basic real estate tenants, Alyssa got involved quite poignantly, laid down the gauntlet letting them know under no uncertain terms would they be allowed to violate her client rights. That was our proudest moment, she fought for us and that was huge! Thanks for everything you did Alyssa to make our experience one to remember, thanks for making our experience a dream and not a nightmare!

Alyssa is so connected to her work, and more importantly, the people she is helping through her work. She worked so hard, around the clock for us. She fought for us with lenders and other involved entities - she made me feel like I wasn't alone in this huge overwhelming purchase (first-time home buyer here). Alyssa was great and the whole team was great. If there were any complications my wife and I were told what exactly is going on and what exactly needs to be done.
